6User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

9Account Suspension & Closure
bj1866 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
- Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
- Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player without prior resolution through bj1866 support.
- At the player's own request, including through the self-exclusion process detailed on our Responsible Gaming page.
Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your bj1866 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account that is not subject to pending bonus wagering requirements or investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Technical logs, server records, and game provider certification data will be used to determine the correct outcome. In the event of an obvious error in odds or game display, bj1866 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
